Community Living Supports built around daily life, real goals, and dependable follow-through.
StrideWell provides Community Living Supports in a way that is steady, respectful, and human. Our focus is not on doing more for the sake of doing more. Our focus is on helping individuals and families receive support that fits real life, supports meaningful goals, and feels organized and dependable along the way.
Every person is different. That is why services should reflect the individual’s authorized supports, goals, routines, preferences, and pace.
Attendant Care
Attendant Care includes support with everyday activities such as personal care, meals, household routines, mobility, errands, community participation, and other authorized daily supports. The goal is to help each person move through daily life with safety, dignity, and as much independence as possible.

Skills Training
Skills Training focuses on building independence over time through practical, hands-on support.
This can include support with daily routines, cooking, shopping, communication, organization, community participation, and other everyday life skills tied to the person’s goals.
We want support to feel useful, encouraging, and realistic — not rushed or one-size-fits-all.
Relief Care
Relief Care gives a primary caregiver time to rest, step away, or handle other responsibilities while their family member continues to receive respectful, dependable support.
Caregiving is important work, and caregivers need breathing room too. Relief Care helps make that possible without losing the sense of continuity and support that matters so much.
How StrideWell works
Person-centered support — We take time to understand the individual, not just the task list.
Home and community based — Support is built around real daily life, not a one-size-fits-all setting.
Communication that stays ahead of problems — We believe issues should be addressed early, clearly, and respectfully.
Consistency matters — When possible, we favor recurring schedules and dependable routines that reduce disruption.
