Support that feels steady, respectful, and easy to trust.

When support feels inconsistent, families carry the stress. Schedules change too often, communication comes too late, and too much gets left unclear.

StrideWell was created to do this work in a steadier way. We focus on dependable Community Living Supports that help individuals build confidence, maintain routines, and take part more fully in daily life and community life — while helping families and referral partners feel informed, supported, and less overwhelmed.

What we do

When support feels inconsistent, families carry the stress. Schedules change too often, communication comes too late, and too much gets left unclear.

Attendant Care

Skills Training

One-on-one support with the routines that help daily life run more smoothly at home and in the community. This can include help with personal care, meals, household routines, errands, appointments, and community participation based on each person’s needs and authorized supports.

Hands-on support focused on building confidence and independence over time. We help individuals practice everyday skills like cooking, shopping, communication, routines, and community participation in a way that matches their goals.

Relief Care

Short-term support that gives a primary caregiver time to rest, step away, or handle other responsibilities while their family member continues to receive steady, respectful support.
